Rachel has lived in a big city all her life. She was born and raised there, and she spent every day of her life there, surrounded by noisy crowds, the sounds of the city, and tall buildings. But after breaking up with her ex-boyfriend, she realized that she felt uncomfortable in this city. She began to feel anxious and then she decided to see a therapist. It was the doctor who advised Rachel to change the situation and go on vacation for at least a month to a quiet and secluded place where she could be alone with herself.
